I have been using fenugreek for 4 weeks now. I stopped using it after 2 weeks because I thought I was not working but my supply dropped significantly which means that it was maintaining my supply. I started using it again and slowly my supply is improving

It really helps increase my milk supply. I would like to continue to do so :)

I absolutely love this product . I was a bit skeptical at first . I’ve tried all the supplements and nothing used to help. Since I’ve started this product I make about 6oz more a day. I barely have enough for my baby but I have enough. It’s such a relief knowing I won’t have to use a formula and that I will make it to 5 months when I can start solids . The best part about this product is that the increase was not temporarily- I make 6oz more than I used to every day . Also, I have to mention there is no weight gain and no side effects that I can notice (very important postpartum)

I love Mama’s Select. I love that they have just Fenugreek without all the other herbs. I also use their Moringa and probiotics on a daily basis. I think all of these products are wonderful.

I’ve had these since August and am now writing my review: I bought these to take with the Blessed Thistle supplements from the same company, these two herbs work best when taken together, to help increase my milk supply. They are really good quality and they helped to increase my supply.

I don’t know what I would have done without this product... no it doesn’t work over night . Give it a week and gradually you should see and increase . I personally went from 1-2oz to preside to 4-5 oz preside !

So although I read hundreds of reviews on this product I was still sceptical but having been using them for over a week now I can safely say they have been my lifeline.. i was only able to express 1onze at a time but now its tripled and i now have a freezer stash.. nothing beats the satisfying feeling of filling up those bags. I've went from expressing 4onze a day to 4onze in one sitting. Only bad point but still think it's worth it is I've been smelling of curry powder other than that these tablets are amazing

These capsules help so much with my milk supply. On the instructions it says to take 2 capsules 3 times a day, but I only take 2 in the morning with breakfast and it works wonders. I am so glad I found something that really helps.

My baby was in the nicu and I was only able to pump for a bit. My milk was not seeming to come in and after starting the fenugreek I started making enough milk that we didn’t have to supplement with formula.

So I've been exclusively pumping for my son as he was born premature at 28 weeks.
I am still pumping 9 months later and unfortunately I noticed a large decrease in my milk supply.
I bought this on the whim hoping that it wasn't a gimmick but so far, it really has helped increase my supply.

Very happy with these capsules. These actually helped in increasing my milk supply. Please mind you will be more sweaty with this and might be having gas issues. I had very bad gas with the tablets. But it was worth it because my supply almost doubled after having these. But keep in mind you need to pump regularly to get the supply of milk on regular basis.

Took a while to start working. Had to up the dosage to 3 capsules at each dose. Once it finally started working it was great! Went from pumping one ounce to 4 or 5 at each session! I have chosen to exclusively pump so I was very happy to finally get my baby off formula! It doesnt seem to affect baby at all.

I was taking 16 pills a day until I found this brand. I now only take 6 and it works even better than the other brands!!!

I ordered both fenugreek and blessed thistle pills. I only have 2 days taking them and even tho its only been 2 days I can already feel a big difference in my milk production. My breast feel like they get fuller faster. I haven't pumped yet so I can't say by how much the increase is, but a definite increase in just 2 days. I totally recommend these products to any mama who wishes to up their milk supply.

After a lot of research brought this fenugreek breastfeeding tablet, I have seen little changes after using this fenugreek tablets hope it will be good in long time

The fenugreek did exactly what I needed, more milk! Will continue to use especially since it's a higher concentrated dose so I take less pills a day.

I don't always take the whole dose every day but have noticed my supply when expressing has increased (I had high supply which suddenly dropped after a couple weeks, hence my purchase of Fenugreek), hopefully this will continue as I use the product over time. As my little one is growing I'll be increasing the dose up to the full recommendation to make sure she has enough milk to meet demand. Happy with the product and service, will buy again.

I love this product. They really work and help to keep up the milk supply. They are all natural and didnt give me any side effects. The capsules aren't small and the taste is a bit funny (as it's 100%natural) but they are well worth the effort! So if you are a breastfeeding mama and you are looking for something natural to help your supply, try these capsules! I tried other things before but nothing worked like Fenugreek :-)

I’m quite sure that without these, my breastfeeding journey could’ve ended by now. My body doesn’t naturally make enough milk for my baby unfortunately, she is a very hungry baby and these supplements help my have enough milk to keep my baby content. The only bad thing is the odour that you get from taking them. People have told me it smells like curry but I feel like it’s more of a musky wood smell. The baby’s urine smells the same too but I would rather smell a bit different and have a content baby over a hungry baby any day!😅

This product works great! Use 3 capsules 3 times a day until you get a good supply then go down to 2 capsules 3 times a day.

My baby wasn’t gaining weight as fast as the drs liked so I had to pump and supplement. I was only getting about an ounce despite pumping multiple times per day. After the fenugreek, I was getting about 2 oz each time. It wasn’t a huge increase but it’s enough to supplement my baby and get a stash for when I go back to work.

Its traditionally well established in our culture the fenugreek is good for milk production but it's so hard to eat enough. I was happy to get this product. It's so easy to take and helps with production. It worked well for me with no side effects.
