I’ve had these since August and am now writing my review: I was looking for good quality Blessed Thistle and Fenugreek supplements to help increase my milk supply and decided to give these a try. They’re great quality and they helped to increase my supply.

Works within hours! My milk supply increased

After my wife was diagnosed with mastitis, she wasnt producing enough milk anymore so we decided to try this and have been very satisfied as her milk production has increased a lot and gone back to what it was before the mastitis. Would really recommend!

As I said before, I love this product. I am a brestfeeding mother and the journey hasn't been easy at all. I have been worring about my milk production since day 1 when my baby had low blood sugar because I couldn't produce enough milk for him. I have been using Mama's Select products since the beginning of my breastfeeding journey and this item, along with the lactation capsules have been very helpful.
It's not cheap, but if you want to invest in something good, I advise you to try this. The taste isn't amazing but not even horrible.

Got my milk river flowing. Definitely not tasty lol but they helped me produce more. I combined mine with feugreek tablets as well. I took 3 thistle and 4 feugreek twice a day and drank lots of water I mean a lot!

I first heard about mamas select with my firstborn when combatting low supply. And now I?m prepared and using it from the start with my second because it?s such a wonderful product. It keeps my small supply going. I still have to supplement with formula but these supplements (blesses thistle & goats rue) make a difference. I can tell for sure when I miss a day. I purchased a bottle of blessed thistle and goats rue together in hopes to up my milk supply for my four month old whose currently combi-fed. I don't take the maximum dose as the bottles were expensive and I wanted it to last so I take one of each tablet X3 a day. Since starting these I have noticed an increase in my supply, I have woken engorged a few times and have noticed more milk extracted per let down when pumping. I've previously tried fenugreek, Brewers yeast, flaxseed and mother's tea and all have proved useless and a waste of money. I'd 100% recommend the combination of these two bottles . The blessed thistle is affordable and worth it and the goats rue despite being very expensive (too expensive in my opinion) it is also worth it in my opinion if you are truly determined to increase your milk. May I also add this is my third child and I have always struggled to sustain a supply... These two.l bottles have made that possible . Fast delivery too and came well packaged.

I purchased blessed thistle, fenugreek and goats rue. I really struggled with my milk supply and had to top up my daughter every time with formula. Since taking the 3 I've seen an increase in my milk that i no longer need to top up. It's a lovely feeling hearing my daughter gulp up my milk. Worth purchasing.

This herbal supplement has dramatically increased my milk supply! I had mastitis then a stomach virus and my supply plummeted. I started taking fenugreek and blessed thestle a couple of days after infection. I am now able to pump an additional 11 oz a day to store for my baby!

I am a first time mom, nursing my 4 month old son. I got a horrible case of mastitis and almost fully lost my supply. Breastfeeding my son is so important to me so I was trying everything, eating different foods, power pumping, cluster feeding, & taking Fenugreek. The Fenugreek boosted my supply like crazy... just about 3 days after taking it but about 2 weeks later it started going down again. I was doing the same things as before and the beginning of taking the fenugreek so I stopped taking it... some peoples body’a just react a little differently. But I tried thus & this stuff has worked awesome for me. If I pump I get more than I ever have& my son seems happy and full when he’s finished eating. I feel like it’s perfect also because it’s not like too much or anything. Love this stuff && will definitely be buying more of their products over time.

I am a nursing mother on my second baby. I have milk supply issues badly. I was only able to fully breastfeed my first for 3 months, and he was able to have about a bottle a day of breast milk (the rest was formula) until 6months old when my body just quit producing. I Got this as a mistake, but thought why not try it. It's awesome. I've tried the Milk Flow pills, but this in conjunction with fenugreek has worked wonderfully. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. The seller was really easy to deal with.
